In charge of carrying out the auditing of the architectural part of the first stage of the real estate project Makaira - Casa de Playa, of 33,000 m2 of built area. It includes the review of all construction processes and receipt to satisfaction of works such as masonry, networks and hydraulic, sanitary and electrical installations, ceilings and architectural finishes, from the interior of the apartments to the exterior and the urbanism of the project, in conjunction with the coordination of labor contractors, planning and control of the project. In addition to participating along with the design team in the coordination and consulting of interior and exterior designs, which contributed to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the project and to reduce construction costs.

Encargado de realizar la interventoría de la parte arquitectónica de la primera etapa del proyecto inmobiliario Makaira - Casa de Playa, de 33.000 m2 de área construida. Comprende la revisión de todos los procesos constructivos y recibo a satisfacción de trabajos como mampostería, redes e instalaciones hidráulicas, sanitarias y eléctricas, cielorrasos y acabados arquitectónicos, desde el interior de los apartamentos hasta los exteriores y el urbanismo del proyecto, en conjunto con la coordinación de contratistas de mano de obra, planificación y control del proyecto.   Además de participar junto con el equipo de diseño en la coordinación y consultoría de los diseños interiores y exteriores, que contribuyeron a mejorar la funcionalidad y estética del proyecto y a lograr reducir los costos de construcción.
